WEDNESDAY, September 25
12:00 to 6:00 pm - REGISTRATION ONLY
THURSDAY, September 26
7:00 – 8:00 pm Hot Buffet Breakfast –Complimentary
10:00 am Buses arrive for loading for Offutt
10:30 am Buses Depart for Offutt AFB
(Those individuals - limited to 80 - who have registered for
the Command Center Tour will occupy the two 47 passengers
buses.)
11:00 – 12:15 pm Lunch @ Offutt Officer’s Club
12:30 – 1:15 pm 55 passenger buses tour base and return
to Lodge.
NOTE: The STRAT COM Command Center is within approximately
two blocks walking distance of the O’Club, and involves
a short uphill climb with many steps. All personnel who take
this tour should be fully mobile…no wheel chairs or
crutches! Those on the second tour may wait at the O’Club.

12:30 – 2:00 pm 1st STRAT COM Command Center tour.
2:15 – 3:45 pm 2nd STRAT COM Command Center Tour.
3:00 – 4:00 pm 376th HBGVA Board Meeting
4:30 – 6:00 pm Welcome – Happy Hour – Cash
Bar & Light Snacks

FRIDAY – SEPTEMBER 27
9:00 am Buses Arrive for Loading
9:30 am – 2:00 pm TOUR: Outdoor Adventure, Henry Doorly
Zoo and Botanical Gardens -- followed by Lunch on your own
at Zoo’s delightful Treetop Restaurant.
4:30 pm Buses Arrive for Loading for SA&S Museum
5:00 – 9:30 pm Strategic Air & Space Museum Tour
and Dinner/Dance
SATURDAY – SEPTEMBER 28
9:00 – 10:30 am Ladies Quilting Bee & Demonstration
9:00 – 10:00 am Squadron Meetings – 512th - 513th
- 514th - 515th
10:00 – 11:00 am 376th HBGVA Membership Meeting
10:30 – 11:00 am Ladies Gathering
11:00 – 12:30 am Buffet Luncheon at Park Inn Regency

1:00 pm Buses Arrive for Loading
1:30 – 3:30 pm Tour of Western Heritage Museum
(Formerly Union Railroad Station)

3:30 pm Bus pickup at Western Heritage Museum
Group will be dropped off in Omaha’s Old Town
at Old Market Place for shopping and dinner
on your own.
8:00 pm Buses will pickup for return to Park Inn Regency
Lodge.
SUNDAY – SEPTEMBER 29
10:00 – 11:00 Church Service
Lunch on Your Own
2:00 – 3:00 pm 376th HBGVA Board Meeting
6:30 – 9:00 pm 376th HBGVA Memorial Banquet
MONDAY – SEPTEMBER 30
CHECKOUT & DEPARTURE
1st NOTE: A complimentary Hot Buffet Breakfast will be served
each morning for those registered at the Park Inn Regency
Lodge.
2nd NOTE: In order to receive the $70.00 room rate you must
stay through Sunday night and depart Monday AM.
3rd NOTE: The tour of STRAT COM Command Center can only
accommodate 40 persons per tour. All desiring to take the
tour must be physically able to walk several blocks up a hill
with numerous steps and access elevators in the Command Center.
Those signing up for the tour should occupy the 47
passenger buses.
4th NOTE: If you plan to drive an RV to the reunion and are
interested in information on quality RV parks in the proximity
of the Park Inn Regency Lodge please so indicate on your registration
sheet.
